Shantel Wiley is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Research Consultant at CoStar Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Shantel held multiple positions at Mission Lane, starting as a Fraud Account Coordinator and advancing to Fraud Manager since September 2019. Shantel's earlier experience includes working as a Contact Center Account Consultant at Virginia Credit Union from November 2017 to August 2018.
