Paul Lancaster serves as the Chief Estimator at Mission Landscape Companies since February 2022, marking a new chapter in a career built on extensive experience in the landscaping industry. Previously, Paul held the Chief Estimator position at Earthscapes from May 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included estimating and managing change orders. Additional roles include Operations Supervisor at Earthscapes, Project Manager and Senior Estimator at Landforms Landscape, and Chief Estimator at Silverwood Landscape Construction, with a multifaceted career beginning as a laborer and estimator. Paul also gained experience as a Superintendent at California Pacific Homes, showcasing a solid foundation in both project management and operational oversight. Educated at St. Margarets Episcopal School, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field.
