Gregory C. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different sectors. Gregory started their career as an Intelligence Officer in SEAL Team TWO in 2009. Gregory then served in various positions in the US Navy, including developing operational plans and coordinating operations across multiple combatant commands. Gregory also worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency as the Base Chief, leading complex HUMINT collection operations. Gregory C. has also served in Joint Special Operations Command in different roles, including working closely with the US Embassy and coordinating operations. Gregory has also worked in Naval Special Warfare as an Executive Officer and in the Office of Naval Intelligence in various leadership roles. Prior to their military career, Gregory C. worked in law enforcement as a Retired Law Enforcement Supervisor in Hanover County, where they supervised patrol officers and served as a SWAT team member. Gregory also worked as a Public Safety Diver, leading dive operations to search for and recover criminal evidence. Gregory C. currently serves as the Vice President of Intelligence Programs & European Operations at Mission Essential, overseeing personnel and secure facilities. Gregory has also held positions as the Director of Intelligence Operations and Senior Operations Program Manager at the same company.

Gregory C. has a Master's Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies with a focus on Terrorism/Irregular Warfare from the U.S. Naval War College, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Criminology with a focus on Legal Analysis and Social Science research methods from Virginia Commonwealth University from 1992 to 1995. Gregory also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed from 1989 to 1992. In addition, Gregory C. has an Associate's Degree in Intelligence Collection Operations from Cochise College, which they earned in 2012. Gregory has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Scrum Master, Naval Command & Staff, Joint Professional Military Education (JPME Phase I), Open Water Scuba Instructor, Private Aircraft Pilot, and SAFe Agilist 4.6.
