Paul Mallett is an experienced policy consultant currently serving as the Lead Policy Consultant at Mission Critical Partners, Inc. since December 2011. Prior to this role, Mallett was the Executive Director at Texas CSEC from September 2001 to February 2012, overseeing the statewide 9-1-1 program and poison control program. Additionally, Mallett held the position of Director of Online Operations at Questlink Technology from May 1999 to June 2001. Mallett's educational background includes an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
