Jane Brueckner currently serves as a Project Manager for 911 Network Services at Mission Critical Partners, where responsibilities include leading teams in the assessment, specification, design, and procurement of Public Safety technologies. Previously, Jane held various roles at Intrado Life & Safety from February 2004 to April 2023, including Director of Customer Team/Client Success, where management of customer contracts and account management teams for the 911 public sector was central, overseeing services totaling over $50 million. As a Senior Program Manager, Jane achieved 100% client retention through effective account management practices, and as a Senior Technical Project Manager, Jane led complex projects that integrated new customers into production. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, both from Regis University.
