Since 1981, we’ve been quietly serving those with cancer and blood disorders in all of central Iowa’s major medical facilities. We are proud partners with the John Stoddard Cancer Center at Unity Point and the MercyOne Cancer Center and work with them closely in providing the best care to our patients. The level of cancer care we provide — with evidence-based treatments, tumor boards, genetic counseling, and clinical trials — matches or exceeds the care available in any community oncology practice anywhere in the country.

The Healthcare Team at Mission Cancer + Blood consists of dedicated professionals including Medical Surgical Nurses, Hematologists/Oncologists, Physician Aligned Oncology RNs, and Physicians. This team collaborates to deliver comprehensive and personalized cancer and blood disorder treatment, utilizing evidence-based practices, participating in tumor boards, offering genetic counseling, and providing access to clinical trials. Their goal is to offer exceptional, community-based care in partnership with leading cancer centers in central Iowa.
