Shu Wang is a highly experienced bioinformatics professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Bioinformatics at Mission Bio since December 2017, Shu has progressed through multiple roles within the company, focusing on single-cell NGS application and assay development. Prior to this, contributions as a Bioinformatics Scientist III at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a Sr. Postdoctoral Fellow at Dynavax Technologies demonstrated expertise in large-scale bioinformatics data analysis and cancer immunotherapy research. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computational Epigenetics from Penn State University and earlier degrees in Marine Pharmaceutics and Biotechnology from China Pharmaceutical University. Research experience encompasses innovative oncology therapeutic development and contributions to various institutions in China.
