Mininia Hawkins currently serves as the Branch Head for Employee Services at the Missile Defense Agency since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mininia held the position of Human Resources Specialist focusing on Executive Resources at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from August 2020 to September 2024. Mininia's career in the Department of Defense includes positions such as Program Analyst and Manager for the Military Spouse Employment Partner Program, as well as for the Exceptional Family Member Program. Mininia's experience is complemented by a strong background in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Specialist in Executive and Political Personnel at Washington Headquarters Services. Beginning a career as a Presidential Management Fellow at the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Mininia Hawkins has cultivated a diverse professional trajectory. Mininia holds a Master's Degree in Mass Communication from Grambling State University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
