Joanna Rodriguez is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the consumer packaged goods and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Miss Jones Baking Co. since September 2022, Joanna previously held the same title at Cappello's from October 2019 to September 2022, where oversight included accounting and finance, human resources, and IT. Joanna's expertise encompasses strategic planning, ERP implementation, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and payroll management.
