Janet Kim is an experienced professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Customer Product at Misfits Market since July 2019. Prior to this role, Janet held various positions at Jet, including Director of Product and Lead Product Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing shopping experiences through native apps and leading cross-functional teams for growth initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Apple as an Engineering Program Manager, managing the development of design tools for the Industrial Design team, and at Metaio as a Technical Project Manager focused on augmented reality solutions. Janet also engaged in education and STEM initiatives through positions at Mouse, New York Hall of Science, Montshire Museum of Science, and Institute of Play, along with research roles at Dartmouth College. Janet holds a B.A. in Computer Science and New Media Studies from Dartmouth College and completed secondary education at Stuyvesant High School.
