Alissa Miky has a long and varied work experience. In 2012, they began with an internship in marketing and sales at Japan21 Inc. Alissa then moved on to become a founding member of Dear Bouquet in 2013. In 2015, they were the first lady to be directly hired as a marketer at Nestle Japan. In 2016, they were a Brand Manager at Liquor Innovation Co., Ltd. where they achieved 10,000 followers in one year with the beverage brand SNS (Twitter). In 2017, they became a New Business Development Manager at J21 Corporation, where they multiplied sales of the educational programming game, “Code Monkey” by 12 within 6 months. In 2018, they founded the Israel-Japan Women's Association (JIWA) and was awarded Forbes Japan's "100 Women Who Shine on the Earth"* youngest awardee (in just eight months since founding!) and Businesses Insider JAPAN "Game Changer"* winner. In 2019, they founded Cashi Cake Inc., a sustainable marine-plant-based Food Tech company and Misaky.Tokyo, a Japanese sweets brand. In 2021, they were selected as the only Japanese among 21 groups across the world to be chosen as official ClubHouse creators and became a newscaster and commentator for NTV's "Truth Report! Bankisha", watched domestically by 15 million people in Japan.

Alissa Miky attended Waseda University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
