Prior to this, they worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories as the SVP - Commercial Operations, Americas, where they oversaw the sales, services, marketing, and revenue operations for both clinical diagnostics and life science divisions, managing over $1 billion in revenue and over 900 employees.

Before joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, Schwartz worked at Sartorius as the SVP - Sales, Service & Commercial Operations North America, where they provided executive leadership and strategic direction to a team of 150+ in driving sales, service, and commercial operations. Geoffrey B. assumed full P&L accountability and managed a portfolio of 15K SKUs in research and development markets.

Prior to Sartorius, Schwartz held the position of Vice President Sales at Cytiva, where they led a team of 25+ professionals to enable business growth across research, development, and bio-manufacturing markets. Geoffrey B. improved interdepartmental collaboration and had responsibility for P&L, annual revenue growth, key account growth, and market share expansion.

Earlier in their career, Schwartz served as the Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Operations at MilliporeSigma, where they developed and integrated a world-class commercial and sales operations organization. Geoffrey B. also held positions at Enzo Life Sciences, Inc. as the Vice President, Marketing & Business Development and at IonField Systems as the Director, Marketing & Field Applications.

Geoffrey B. Schwartz, MBA has a strong educational background in both the sciences and business. Geoffrey B. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Richmond. Following this, they pursued a Master of Biotechnology degree in Applied Science & Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, demonstrating their interest in the application of scientific principles in various industrial sectors. Later, Geoffrey pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, San Marcos, CA.
