Ana Maria Schlecht has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ana Maria is currently working as a Growth Lead and Senior Business Growth professional at Mirro.io, focusing on People & Culture. Prior to this, they worked at 2Checkout (now Verifone) as a Regional Sales Manager and EMEA Sales Executive, specializing in digital payments, SaaS, and global eCommerce. Ana Maria also has experience in Business Development at TMF Group, where they worked as a Consultant and Assistant. In addition, they have experience as a Collection Representative at EOS KSI Romania and as a volunteer at the non-governmental association "Team Work," where they were a member of the Communication Department. Ana Maria began their career as a call center agent at Teleperformance Romania, where they developed strong communication and customer service skills.

Ana Maria Schlecht holds a Sales Management Certification in Sales & Marketing from The Institute of Sales Management (ISM), which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, SNSPA, between 2012 and 2014.
