Randy Poser is an experienced Business Analyst currently at Miron Construction Co., Inc. since May 2017, focusing on warehouse operations and mobile applications, and leading the development of a new warehouse management software system. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Business Systems Analyst at The Manitowoc Company, enhancing business processes within SAP MM/PP/QM since September 2012, and working as a Sr. Systems Analyst at BorgWarner from February 2007 to September 2012, managing projects and providing training in various SAP modules. Additionally, Randy was a Programmer/Analyst at Artesyn Technologies from 1991 to 2007, specializing in SAP ABAP and debugging, and contributing to significant SAP implementations. Educationally, Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from Saint John's University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
