Will Rahim is an experienced executive in customer success and service management, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Miro since June 2024. Previously, Will held the same position at Immuta and served in various leadership roles at Delphix, CDNetworks, Xsigo Systems, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. At Immuta, Will was responsible for overseeing the post-sale customer journey, while at Delphix, the focus was on enhancing customer success in a data-centric environment. At CDNetworks, Will championed customer loyalty across multiple departments. Will's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University.
