Maureen H. is a Product Designer at Miro since July 2023, focusing on integrating content from various tools and enhancing Miro's connectivity with Microsoft, Google, and Slack. As a Content Creator at UX.collection since April 2020, Maureen has built a community of over 40k individuals interested in breaking into the UX field. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer at Zalando, where Maureen innovated the post-purchase experience and developed techless integration solutions for small-scale partners, and as a Senior Service Designer at Neugelb Studios GmbH, responsible for facilitating ideation and design thinking practices. Earlier positions include UX Designer for prominent projects with Volkswagen, TUI, and Deutsche Bahn at DAYONE, and marketing roles at PANTAFLIX GmbH. Maureen H. holds a Certified UX Designer qualification from CareerFoundry and multiple degrees in Art History and Illustration from respected institutions.
