Danan Leab currently serves as General Manager at Mirion since July 2023, following a distinguished career at 3M from October 1995 to July 2023, where various roles included Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager at the Knoxville, TN facility, the Center of Excellence for Automated License Plate Recognition manufacturing. Additional responsibilities encompassed Engineering Supervisor, leading teams in batch chemical and polymer processes, and Six Sigma Black Belt, driving quality improvements and cost reductions through diverse projects. Danan Leab began the professional journey as a Process Engineer, focusing on the production and optimization of polyester-based polymers. Danan Leab holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, earned between 1992 and 1997.
