Sheldon Gomes is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project deployment and support for voice and data systems. Currently serving as a Senior PS Consultant at Miratech since October 2021, Sheldon previously held the position of Senior Telecommunications Analyst at Alcatel from May 2017 to October 2021, focusing on large projects involving Alcatel-Lucent, AudioCodes, and Genesys Purecloud. Prior to this role, Sheldon worked as a Telecommunications Analyst at 3CORP Technology from 2009 to 2016, where responsibilities included support for projects utilizing Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, and Microsoft products.
