Eugenia Marconi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people operations with extensive experience in building and leading recruitment teams across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Team Leader at Miratech since July 2023, Eugenia previously held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Superside, overseeing recruitment for a remote design company serving prominent clients such as Amazon and Meta. At EY, from December 2019 to July 2022, Eugenia was responsible for managing a distributed team of recruiters and filling a high volume of positions within the Global Delivery Service. Earlier roles include Senior IT Recruiter at Corporix HR and People Operations Manager at Oriol S.A, where Eugenia focused on enhancing the employee experience and implementing comprehensive talent management processes. Eugenia holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, completed in 2015.
