Loretta Remy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Cardroom Extraordinaire at The Country Club at Mirasol since August 2021, Loretta previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Making 50s Fabulous, LLC w/Monat from October 2017 to January 2024. Loretta's career includes significant roles such as Paddock Restaurant at Palm Beach Kennel Club and various management positions at PGA National Resort & Spa, where Loretta advanced to Member’s Club Food and Beverage Manager. Loretta has a solid background in high-volume dining establishments, having worked at No Anchovies/Sorrento, Okeechobee Steak House, Omni Hotel, and Hilton Hotel. Loretta holds an A.A.S. in Business Management from the Jr College of Albany and graduated from Colonie Central High School.
