Eric Petersen brings a wealth of experience in customer service and operations management across various prestigious organizations. Since March 2013, Eric has been contributing to American Airlines at the Elite Desk, focusing on exceeding expectations. Concurrently, since June 2010, Eric has served as Captain at Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club, maintaining high service standards for members and guests. In addition, from January 2005, Eric has held the role of Captain at Mirage Entertainment, overseeing show operations and ensuring safety and quality. Previously, from January 2000 to January 2005, Eric worked in Guest Services at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where responsibilities included meeting and coordinating for VIP guests. Eric holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College.
