Deidra Hendrix has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deidra began their career at Siskin Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later worked as a Patient Care Technician at Erlanger Health System. Deidra then transitioned into a customer service role at Unum, serving as a CSR/Benefits and Administrative Assistant. Deidra further expanded their customer service skills at T-Mobile, where they worked as a CSR I+/General Care. Deidra then joined CIGNA Healthcare as a Customer Service Claims Analyst and SA-R Assist Claims/Call Processor. Deidra then transitioned into sales and customer success roles, working as an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Success Management at ServiceSource. Deidra later became the Director of Client Support at ReadyPoint Health before joining PlayMaker Health. At PlayMaker Health, Deidra held various roles, including Training Specialist, Client Success Manager, and Interim Manager of the Client Success Team. Deidra'sresponsibilities included managing teams, directing daily activities, leveraging technologies, fielding escalated scenarios, administering CRM solutions, and establishing standard operating procedures. Currently, Deidra is working at Mirador Health Solutions as the Director of Client Services & Engagement, where they are involved in prototype development and owning product design and training materials for external and internal customers.

Deidra Hendrix holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Chattanooga State Community College from 2008 to 2011, participating in the Regents Online Degree Program. In 1999 to 2000, they had a brief period of enrollment at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Additionally, Hendrix has obtained certifications such as Nurse Aide from the State of Tennessee in 2001, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in July 2021.
