Bill Lang started their work experience in 2007 as a Senior Payroll Consultant at Paychex. Bill then held various roles at Paychex, including District Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager, and Senior Manager of Virtual New Business. In 2021, they became the President of Old Orchard Asset Company Inc. In 2023, they joined Miraclon Corporation as the Regional Sales Director for the US & Canada. In addition to their corporate roles, they were also the owner of Studick Holdings since 2014.

Bill Lang attended McQuaid Jesuit from 1992 to 1997. Bill then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Paul Smith's College from 1999 to 2003.
