Joel G. Jarvis is an agent/producer/marketing specialist at Kaercher Insurance Brokerage in the Specialty Practices division. He has extensive experience developing property and casualty programs for clients in various industries including attorneys, non-profit, transportation, hospitality, municipalities and construction.

Joel has more than twenty years of experience in the insurance industry and an additional seven years as an internal accountant, working for Las Vegas Sands, Inc, Perlman Architecture, Capitol Pacific Homes and Accountants Inc. Prior to joining Kaercher Insurance, Joel worked as an independent accountant serving small to mid-size corporations. Early in his insurance career, he also handled auto, home life and health as well as annuities as an agent with Horace Mann Insurance Companies, which served teachers and staff of the Clark County School District.

Joel is an active or former member of Opportunity Village, Aid for Aids of Nevada (AFAN) and Jewish Family Service Agency. He also has served on the accreditation team for the United Way of Southern Nevada, and assisted several other charities during his time in Las Vegas. He is actively involved in the Clark County Bar Association and was recognized as the Association’s Ambassador of the Year in 2004. A Liberty Bell Award winner, Joel currently insures more than 250 attorneys in Las Vegas and more than 60 nonprofit organizations.

Joel holds dual bachelor degrees in accounting and finance as well as a law degree from Illinois State University.
