Minhaj’s practice involves general corporate and securities law matters, representing both financial sponsors and private and public companies. Minhaj’s practice includes advising clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including stock and asset acquisitions, leveraged acquisitions, mergers, private equity investments, reorganizations, capital markets transactions (including debt and equity issuances) and other strategic transactions and governance matters.
Prior to joining Mintz, Minhaj was a corporate associate at the Boston office of an international law firm, and at a Chicago-based firm before that.
While earning his BA in International Relations and Economics and MA in Economics at Boston University, Minhaj was included in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the Dean’s List.
