Rachel grew up in South Florida where her father, Michael Greenberg, led Minto’s American operations for over 30 years. Following two years with the company as a summer student, a college elective in Non-Profit Management led her down the path of communications, fundraising and volunteer management at several non-profit organizations in Boston, DC and Seattle.
While in graduate school, she refined her passion for companion animal welfare and currently works and volunteers for two spay/neuter clinics in the Greater Seattle Area while training to be a veterinary nurse. She has also devoted many years to working on behalf of the Greenberg Family Enterprise, most notably driving the creation of a philanthropic strategy for the 3rd generation of the Greenberg family. She joined the board of Minto Holdings Inc. in 2020.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in 2009 and her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Washington in 2014.
