Alice Lai has extensive experience in the fields of sourcing, product development, and account management, currently serving as Executive Director at Li & Fung Limited since 1993. Alice manages a global $400M portfolio encompassing home and seasonal businesses, with a focus on delivering fast turnaround product cycles and creating proprietary brands for retailers. Previous roles include positions of Executive Vice President, Key Account Executive, and Supplier across various well-known companies such as Five Below, Bath & Body Works, Avon, and The Walt Disney Company. Alice holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and several EMBA degrees from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, complemented by specialized leadership training from MIT and Singularity University.
