LJ Tai is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Mint Innovation since July 2024. Previously, LJ held senior finance roles at IDEXX from June 2021 to July 2024 and at ezyVet from July 2017 to June 2024, including positions as Head of Finance, Commercial Finance Manager, and Financial Planning & Business Analyst. Earlier career experience includes working as a Financial Accountant at Orion Health, an Accountant at NZLH, a Property Manager at Mission Property, and a Data Analyst at The University of Auckland. LJ Tai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
