Liran Pinhas Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, legal advisory, and government infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager and Director of Concessions at Minrav Group Ltd. since September 2022, Liran also works as an Infrastructure and Projects Referent for the Ministry of Finance. This role includes managing all stages of infrastructure projects and supervising government infrastructure companies. Prior legal experience includes advising on tender processes and public-private partnerships within various governmental departments. Liran holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Haifa.
