Kristina Pool is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contracts and compliance management. Currently serving as Contracts & Compliance Manager at Minol USA since April 2016, Kristina previously held the position of Compliance Analyst in the Legal Department. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Manager/Senior Paralegal at Cross Country Staffing, Inc. from October 2006 to July 2015 and Sales Assistant at Medical Staffing Network. Earlier, Kristina worked as a Recruitment Manager at Accountants Inc. and as a Recruiter and Client Service Manager at Metro Information Services. Kristina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas, an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Dallas College, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Amberton University.
