Randy Erdman has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Randy is currently the Vice President of Finance at Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Finance/CFO at SWWC Service Cooperative from February 2018 to June 2023. Randy also held the position of Assistant Plant Controller at Monogram Foods from June 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they worked at Cargill in various roles including Promotions Analyst from January 2015 to June 2016, Trade Promotion Accountant from August 2013 to December 2014, and Accounting Manager Trainee from September 2011 to July 2013. Randy also worked as a Financial Accounting Management Intern at Cargill in 2010 and 2009, where they gained experience in month-end and year-end closing procedures and evaluated controls and accounting policies.

Randy Erdman began their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled at North Dakota State University. Randy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and successfully completed their studies in 2010. Following the completion of their undergraduate degree, Randy decided to further advance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at North Dakota State University. Randy engaged in this program from 2011 to 2012.
