Beth Beschorner, PhD, currently serves as Professor and Department Chair of Elementary and Literacy Education at Minnesota State University, Mankato since August 2015, focusing on faculty development and higher education leadership. Prior to this role, Beth Beschorner held the positions of Associate Director of Equity Initiatives and Associate Professor, Graduate Program Coordinator at Drake University from August 2012 to August 2015, and Assistant Professor of Early Childhood and Literacy Education at Iowa State University from 2009 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Literacy from Iowa State University, an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University, and a B.S. in Teaching with specializations in Elementary Education, English, and Coaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
