Julia Lashay Israel has built a diverse career in real estate and community development since 2005, currently serving as the Operating Principal and Real Estate Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty Integrity Lakes. As the Head of Inclusion and Belonging at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since May 2021, and a Contributing Author for Inman since October 2022, Julia focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry. Julia is an active member of several committees, including the Diversity and Housing Opportunity Committees for the National Association of REALTORS® and has held various leadership roles such as Chair of the Diversity Committee and Director on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®. Julia also founded the Umoja Community Development Corporation and served as a Certified Homestretch Instructor. Additionally, Julia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bethel University.
