Cary Felbab has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Cary started their career as a Manager of Technical Solutions at Kaufman Group in 1988. Cary then worked as a Software Engineer at West Publishing Corporation from 1991 to 1994. In 1995, they joined The Thomson Corporation, where they held various roles, including Development Manager, Director, and Senior Director, and eventually became the VP of Application Technologies in 2000. Cary Felbab then moved to Thomson Reuters in 2007, where they had several roles, such as VP of Technology and VP of WestlawNext Technology. Cary played a key role in the development and implementation of technological solutions and managed large teams. In 2019, they joined Securian Financial as the Head of Retail Technology and later became the Head of Individual Solutions and Securian Business Services Technology, where they provided executive leadership to a large team responsible for the development and support of products and platform capabilities. Cary Felbab has a track record of driving innovation, reducing costs, and delivering successful projects within budget and on time.

Cary Felbab obtained a BS and BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1985 and 1989. Their studies focused on Computer Science, Business Management, with an emphasis on Finance.
