Justin Johnson is an experienced leader in sports coaching and athlete development, currently serving as a Partner at The Prospect Exchange, LLC., where artificial intelligence and computer vision are utilized to enhance insights for youth coaches. As a Franchise Owner at TPH Academy, Justin focuses on positively impacting student-athletes' lives through sport. Justin is the Founder of MEGA Goaltending, which provides specialized training for goaltenders, and the Owner of MAP Hockey, Minnesota's premier youth hockey training program. In addition to these roles, Justin serves as the Associate Goalie Coach-in-Chief for Minnesota Hockey, leveraging extensive experience as a former Goaltending Coach for NCAA Division 1 teams at the University of Minnesota and St. Cloud State University. Justin's background also includes working as a Performance Coach with Mental Edge, emphasizing the development of mental toughness in youth athletes. Justin holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and completed education at Blaine High School.
