Population Health Specialist at Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation

Joy Hayes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Joy started their career at HealthPartners in 1997, where they held various roles as a Diabetes and Heart Disease Case Manager, Health Coach, and Dietitian until 2010. During this time, they provided support and guidance to individuals with diabetes and heart disease, helping them effectively manage their conditions.

In 2010, Joy joined the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation as a Population Health Specialist. For the past 8 years, they have been involved in the Hearts Beat Back: The Heart of New Ulm Project (HONU) in rural New Ulm, MN.
