Teri Dobbs, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative since August 2019. Teri holds a significant role in the FARGO MOORHEAD HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATION as a member of the Programming Committee since May 2016 and works as a Professional Recruiter at Archway Marketing Services. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Workforce Development for SHRM, Talent Partner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, and Industry Liaison for Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Teri has a strong background in workforce development and talent acquisition, with roles at Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation and Sanford Health, where Teri managed talent acquisition teams and recruitment budgets. Teri earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Organizational Development from the University of Mary in Fargo and has additional education from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
