Kersi Contractor is an experienced Solutions Architect currently working at Minlopro Partners since October 2023, following a role as Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce from June 2022 to October 2023. At Salesforce, Kersi provided technical support to numerous Account Executives and received several awards for outstanding performance. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Change Management and Deployment at DaVita Kidney Care, where Kersi established a Change Management Center of Excellence and led key initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency. Additional roles include Territory Customer Support Manager, Project Manager in various capacities, and a Summer Associate at Duke Energy Corporation. Kersi holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Maine.
