Michael White has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael started their career as a Copy Editor at Deutsche-Presse Agentur in 2002 and worked there until 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Santa Fe Relocation.
In 2005, Michael joined DG Capitel Ltd. as a Regional Sales Manager, where they played a key role in establishing the telecommunications company as a multi-million dollar enterprise. Michael was responsible for worldwide marketing, contract negotiations, operations, and resource management. Michael held this position until 2010.
In 2011, Michael became the APAC Regional Sales Director at IMAS - Integrated Marketing & Analysis Systems. Michael successfully managed operations in multiple countries, developed sales strategies, and achieved business growth in the ASEAN region. Michael stayed with the company until 2019.
Following this, Michael worked as a Senior Consultant at Lynx Analytics from 2019 to 2020. Michael led data science and engineering teams and provided predictive analytic solutions for Levi's Strauss (China) in an optimization and store planning project.
Currently, Michael is working at Minitab as a Senior Partner Account Manager for South & South East Asia. Michael directly manages and supports indirect channels and value-added resellers to grow the Minitab portfolio of businesses.
Michael White attended the University of Victoria from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science and Geography.
