Louise Gruettner has over 25 years of experience in human resources and office operations, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Office Operations for EMEA/APAC at Minitab since August 1995. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of HR Manager for the EMEIA/APAC region at Minitab, a leading provider of software and services for quality improvement and statistics education. Earlier experience includes a Help Desk role at Deloitte & Touche from 1996 to 1998, where Louise managed user support calls and IT issue resolution. Louise holds a CIPD certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, obtained from 2003 to 2014.
