Sara Alamasi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, program supervision, and project management within various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Change Management in the Digital Transformation Department at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services since February 2023, Sara previously held key roles at Education For Employment In Saudi, including Program Supervisor and Learning and Development Specialist. Sara's tenure includes managing community stakeholder relationships, overseeing training programs, and enhancing organizational performance through data analysis and report generation. Additional experience includes project management at Glowork, where Sara led networking initiatives for women entrepreneurs, and a background in training coordination and employment advising, leveraging a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems from Taibah University.
