Asma Alotaibi, MBA, PMP, ACP, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Project Management Office at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services since October 2022. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as the Director of Project Management and Continuous Development at the Ministry of Commerce - Saudi Arabia from February 2014 to January 2023, where Asma led the establishment and implementation of PMO frameworks and managed significant projects. Earlier roles encompassed senior and project management positions, emphasizing strategic planning and mentorship, as well as administrative support and customer service at various organizations. Asma holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from King AbdulAziz University, complemented by a degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
