Namiq Qiyasov has extensive work experience in various financial and audit roles. Namiq started their career as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte Azerbaijan in 2008. Namiq then joined AXA MBASK OJSC, where they worked as a Senior Financial Specialist and later became a Senior Specialist in the Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting department. In 2016, they moved to Gilan Holding as a Senior Specialist in the Budgeting and Reporting Department. Namiq then worked at AZSIÄžORTA ASC, initially as a Deputy CFO and later as the Chief Accountant. Currently, they are the Head of the Financial Institutions Audit Department at the Ministry of Taxes, the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 2003 to 2007, Namiq Qiyasov attended Qafqaz Universiteti, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Bank Management.
