Kertu Rattus is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Life-Event Driven Digital Services at the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia since March 2022, with additional roles as a Service Designer and Advisor in the Smart Development Department. Kertu is also a Co-Founder of Näljane Nelik-The Hungry Foursome, a renowned Estonian food blog, which produced a web series in collaboration with the Coca-Cola Company for TV3. Previous experience includes working as a Policy Advisor for the European Parliament and roles in various capacities at The Innovation in Politics Institute and the Estonia 100 project within the Republic of Estonia Government Office. Kertu holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Policy, Innovation and Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Educational background includes a high school diploma in French Studies from Gustav Adolf Grammar School and elementary education from the International School of Helsinki.
