Mohamed Samy is an experienced Programmer Analyst at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar since September 2013, where responsibilities include providing technical advice, supporting users on applications, and participating in a technical committee for a new Real Estate application tender. Notable projects involve upgrading the real estate system from older technologies to newer versions and integrating the system with ArcGIS and Open Office while ensuring it meets client functional requirements through thorough testing. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked as a Senior Desktop Support at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and as an Outsourced Helpdesk Engineer for Microsoft at Global Brands Group. Mohamed began the career as an IT Specialist at Mercury Communication, focusing on maintenance and installation of computer systems. Mohamed holds a degree in Computer Science from The Higher Institute for Specialized Technical Studies, completed in 2008.
