Wael Aljohani, aPHRi®, currently serves as an HR Operations Researcher at the Ministry of Interior in KSA since November 2021, focusing on enhancing HR processes, data integrity, policy development, and professional development coordination. Prior to this, Wael worked at Bank Aljazira from January 2018 to October 2021 as an Officer in the Fawri banking services division, where responsibilities included overseeing banking operations and ensuring compliance. Wael's career began at Arab National Bank, where a role as a Customer Service Representative from March 2017 to December 2017 involved delivering tailored banking solutions, after completing a traineeship in early 2014. Wael holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from King AbdulAziz University and completed an English program at Portland Community College.
