Ibrahim Altheneyan has extensive experience in various roles within the information technology and business management sectors. Currently serving as the GM of Shared Services and Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since October 2017, Ibrahim has also held the position of Director of IT Contract & Budget Management. Prior to this, Ibrahim worked at Mobily as the Commercial Contracts Specialist Manager and gained experience as a Wholesale Manager at Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting CO. Ibrahim began career at BAE Systems as an HR Professional and worked as a Senior Accountant at Mobily. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from King Saud University, obtained in 2006.
