Eman Badawy is an experienced professional specializing in policies and academic planning, currently serving as a Specialist at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research since October 2024. Prior to this role, Eman held various positions including Specialist in Education Policies at the Ministry of Education – UAE, and Strategic Planning Specialist at Emirates Post. Eman has a solid foundation in business analysis and strategic planning from previous roles at Etisalat, Roads and Transport Authority, and Vodafone. Eman co-founded Recommendator and has gained valuable experience through internships and consultancy roles. Eman holds an MBA in Strategy and International Business from California State University - East Bay, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ain Shams University.
