Abdullah Almutlaq is an experienced medical professional currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Minister for Transformation in the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia since January 2023. Abdullah has held various key roles at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, including Rheumatology Consultant, Deputy Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Head of the Virtual Care Department, and Director of the Internal Medicine Residency. Previously, Abdullah was the National Lead for The National Vaccination Registry Project with the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia from October 2020 to April 2022. Abdullah's educational background includes an MBA in Health Care Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, clinical fellowships in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Vasculitic Diseases from the University of Toronto, and board certifications in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine from King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from King Saud University.
