Ivan Kato Arinda is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the NCD Program Officer at the Ministry of Health in Uganda since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ivan worked as an NCD Officer with Global Health Corps from July 2022 to July 2023. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Makerere University, completed between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree from Kyambogo University, where studies were undertaken from 2013 to 2016.
